All things green...

Just a little quick post of pictures that I wanted to share. Actually I wanted to share the lace dress with the mint shirt picture but my face was a disaster so you will have to enjoy this mini collage of pictures with flowers relating to the wonderful outfit of mine. Have a great minty green day!

White Day

White white white, the things that are white. Like these lovely Paeonia flowers and my t-shirt. Paeonia flowers are somehow really romantic on their own, I guess thats why they are a favorite for wedding flowers. That is how it would seem if you take a look at wedding pins on Pinterest. It would seem that things I would like to say and things I start writing are completely different. Like all good ideas of things to type or at least things with content and meaning are quite lacking once I'm facing my computer and about to post. Perhaps its the time that I post, often just before going to bed or eating. I should indeed try to post at different times, I wonder what I might write if I were to post first thing in the morning? Or say after a good meal... I should try, someday. To this point I must say I adore this shirt, its so comfy and soft, though because of its color I tend to save it so that I won't get it dirty, which just means I rarely wear it. Such a shame.

Whats up with me, when I'm put in front of the camera? It really seems an impossible task to conjure up a good pose. Panda stated that you are the one reading all those blogs, think of what they do. Thinking and acting are two different things. I also feel that maybe those poses just don't work out for me necessarily. I would rather post pictures that were taken without thought, purely good pictures taken at the right moment. Those pictures have a sort of soul to them. Its like taking a basic tourist picture and accidentally capturing a great picture of someone that stumbled into your frame. Its natural.

The little things

Lily of the valley and Forget-me-not make such a lovely combination of flowers. Besides mosquitoes and all other forms of bugs, summer really is a great time of year. Even if the heat makes me feel uncomfortable as sometimes its hard for me to breathe but other than that its great. I hope Panda doesn't mind that I posted this cool phone case I got! So nice that you can get some with your own picture! It was a hard one to choose just one picture though. I'm pretty happy with mine, though its got a few bumps now from when Panda dropped it on the ground. Oh well good reason to get a new one :)

I got some rose lights for my sister as a birthday gift and the next day I just had to get myself some. Funny how it works out. Its also funny how all the time I get new ideas on how to decorate my home, its so frustrating to not to be able to carry out all of them. Maybe one day, I should be more patient. Patience indeed is a great virtue, too bad I can master it in only a few occasions. 

Sparkle sparkle

Some more pictures of the new nail polishes I mentioned earlier in use. I really liked the one with purple and blue sparkles, I just need a new idea of how to use it. I would like to get my nails done by a professional and when I told my friend she stated that I don't need to I can do it myself. Well I can't really draw anything cool, though I haven't tried. I think it would be a disaster though. 

Panda called the red with gold match up as Chinese wedding nails, which I guess is true as red and gold are the main colors of a Chinese wedding. I would probably get a really bad headache if a wedding was decorated with just red and gold, nothing else. Yet as an experience I think it would be fun to see a traditional Chinese wedding.

Flowers and Lace

What I wore today, and literally today. A rare moment when I can actually post the same day not a week later. haha. This is progress I guess. Its been a rather busy day and most importantly I got my phone back!! Panda dropped it and the screen went black, so I had to take it to be fixed, which means I just got a new one. Funny how they don't bother to fix iPhones yet I remember when I was younger it would take weeks to get my Nokia phone back and it would be the same phone fixed. Strange this thing we call technical development. I was surprised how well I coped without my iPhone for a few days but I'm really glad its back and working! There are so many things I use my phone for that its hard to be without it. I even got lost trying to drive home from a place I've driven twice already. Of course I don't have a map in my car which would have solved this problem, but who does nowadays? Just look at cars today and many of them have a GPS hanging from their windows. Things are different now and I'm glad it took only two days to get my phone back.
