I got this lovely sweater last spring and finally had the chance to wear it. I always admired my mother's similar sparkly sweaters and finally got one myself. I especially like the back with the little bows, even though it felt a bit chilly and exposed. Now that I look at these pictures I should have demanded my photographer to utilize angles better. I look so wide in so many of the pictures and the white shirt of course just makes it worse. Oh dear, well you can't always win. It was also nice to wear my brown boots after such a long time. Too bad I don't have a good whole outfit pic but these will just have to do. It felt good to get out of the house for a while and wear normal clothes. At home I just choose to wear the most comfortable things rather than jeans and nice shirts or sweaters. Its rare now for me to have a nice outfit pic so I guess every chance I get I'll utilize it. Anyway time to go plan some baking ideas and a party outfit.

Foxy Fall
I guess I'm rare in the sense that I don't really like Spring but rather love Fall. Well truth be told any season is great as long as it doesn't rain. I can't stand rain, there is nothing worse than getting your feet wet on a cold rainy day. I don't mind cold weather as long as it doesn't rain. I love snow and freezing temperatures coz then the snow doesn't soak your socks. Fall to me is beautiful because of all the beautiful colors, especially warm colors of red, orange and yellow... And of course Halloween.. though this year I won't be doing my traditional big Halloween decorations due to lack of time but I'm still gonna enjoy some pumpkin lanterns. I'm again finding myself rambling on about everything just like the fox I saw during the summer in our yard. Foxes really do make the weirdest and sad sounds I've ever heard, though it sounded nothing like the famous what does the fox say song.
I really must be a boring person, I find myself at a loss for words more often. Especially when I come here to share my pictures I find I have nothing to say. In my current state it doesn't surprise me as I find my brain frozen over for most of the day and only a few days a week I can actually accomplish something. I'd like to get my brain activity back to normal, but I don't think that will happen any day soon. Anyway in the meanwhile I can go back to planning an upcoming party :)

Fall time
Leaves have turned yellow and fallen away, parties with crayfish and lights. Nights that get longer, all the things that make fall.. Though we had some snow here already, I went back home to mom and they had serious snow and ice. Had to get my car tires changed so I can handle this new winter weather. I can't wait for snow and Christmas, but first its Halloween time!!! Yaay, I have already started my decorations so guys you can wait to see some cool orange pictures soon. Thats all for now.

SWAG
We found these walls in Kauniainen, when we were on our way to my sisters place. We cave a hug to Picatchu and posed randomly. Who said there is nothing in Espoo? I even saw the below cute assembly of flowers and pumpkins in front of a local flower store. I guess the artist was trying to spell out Starbucks but it ended up as Swag :) Cool anyway.

Here She Comes, The Walking Dead !
Why are woolen shirts always so damn itchy? I feel like I'm on fire, but I'm cold so what can I do. The only bad part about fall is getting your socks wet and even today I made the mistake of wearing shoes that let the water in. I already own rubber boots so why oh why didn't I just wear them today???
Uncertainty is rising in my life, January seems like such a scary time. I'll graduate soon and my contract at work ends in the beginning of January. I have no idea what is next, maybe I really should start thinking about it. Further studies attract me a great deal yet any school I get into would start next fall so I need to get a job anyways for the spring. Naturally there is also the fact of choosing what to study. More business or something new. So many decision should be made and soon, for now I'll just enjoy my cup of hot chocolate.BTW. How tired can one person look? Seriously I look like the walking dead. Great TV show by the way, you guys should check it out!

Feels like a poem
Wind blowing between your windowsill
Red apples on your plate
Rain dripping on your face
Wet socks in your shoes
Crisp cold air
Warm candle light
Juicy red apples
White vanilla sauce

Ode to Fall
As I write this post my home filled with candles in the joy of darkening days, I anxiously await the lovely small apples that are baking away in my oven. I gaze at my little pumpkin lights, eagerly waiting to be hang up in the glory of Halloween. Yes I do agree this is the season of color, treats and frights oh how I wish fall would never leave!
The colors of fall are just so inspiring. Maple leaves in yellows and oranges, apples in red, grass still green and the earth brown.

Leaves Growing Old
The fall colors just keep my speechless, but that I will say fall in Canada is much more sunnier than I ever expected. Much better than a dark Finnish fall.

Peaceful Lake
I always loved sitting near a lake and listening to it's calm sounds. It makes you think of the simple things in life and can even make the complicated things simple. It's such s soothing sound to hear.

Sunny Fall Days
For some reason sunny fall days are much more impressive than sunny summer days. I guess it's because you know that the sunny days are coming to an end, so you enjoy them more. It's like when you are apart from something you love, you learn to cherish the moments you have once you know what it feels like to be without them.
